2. User Representation & Duty of Honest Disclosure
Insurance is a contract governed by the principle of uberrimae fidei (utmost good faith). As a user of our platform:
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful medical and personal history during policy application.
- Misstatement or non-disclosure of pre-existing health conditions or tobacco habits may result in policy rejection or claim repudiation by the insurance carrier.
- Dabliyou is not liable for claim rejection resulting from inaccurate information disclosed by the applicant.
3. Advisory Role & Regulatory Disclaimer
Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation. Policy issuance, underwriting approval, premium rates, and claim settlements are solely governed by the respective licensed insurance companies.
4. Dedicated Claim Assistance Desk
Dabliyou provides complimentary 100% claim settlement support to clients who purchase policies through our platform. Our assistance includes document auditing, claim filing coordination, and insurer follow-ups. However, final claim decision remains at the discretion of the insurer as per policy terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All contents on this website, including logos, calculators, design graphics, and written guides, are the proprietary intellectual property of Dabliyou Smiles Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or scraping is prohibited.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
